Top push compact tactile buttons for high maneuverability with top position actuator (push plate). These push-push compact tactile buttons feature a compact design with low contact resistance, high contact reliability, low bounce noise and excellent tactile feel. These include the EVP-AD series, which features a world-leading open center space for LEDs. The central space diameter of the EVP-AD series is 4.2mm, providing designers with more LED choices, including color, light intensity and consistency. The Panasonic EVP-AD series is durable enough for automotive-grade applications.
These tactile push switches are available in surface mount and through hole versions. Other light-touch push switches include: EVP-AF with built-in actuator; EVQ-PL with optional push-pull plate (for improved actuation); EVQ-P0 for frequent use as mouse buttons. EVQ-PQ series switches have a dust seal; EVP-AD has clear tactile feedback and 1mm long travel. Typical applications include operating switches for portable electronic devices such as cell phones and portable audio equipment.
